An amazingly deep practiced focused on the movement of the pelvis and thigh bones. The two peak poses are Agnistambhasana (fire log pose) and Bound Parsva Konasana (bound side angle) Most practitioners can achieve some level of these two poses, but often dont realize their fullest potential can be unlocked with a few simple yet challenging actions in the body. Techniques are layered throughout the practice, to give a full sense of awareness of the actions require in the hips for these two poses.
