Have you ever noticed an area of your body that you “hold stress”, like the shoulders or back? Did you know that when the body is stressed, muscles will tense without us even realizing it? When the body is tense, it is very challenging to feel calm in the mind. This workshop will get your body to let go of old tension so your mind can find deep relaxation at any moment you may need it.

I want to experience more joy and spend more quality time with my family

Have you ever felt like time slips right through your fingers? Have you ever felt the need to hold onto a moment in time, wanting to soak it up? Perhaps you want to grab your camera and snap a bunch of pictures or write it all down in your journal so you can grasp it a little more deeply. This workshop will teach you how to feel as if you hit the pause button on moments like these so you can walk away feeling satisfied. You will learn how to ‘stop and smell the roses’ and truly experience these wonderful moments of life where beauty and joy can be found.

I’ve heard about the benefits of meditation and I want to learn how to do it

Have you heard all about how great meditation can be and are interested in starting your own practice but are unsure how to start? This workshop will break it down into easy steps, easing you into a practice that is right for you. You will learn five different meditation techniques, learn tips and tricks along the way, and will have support through live Q&A calls with Rebecca for questions or comments about your experience.

I want to rebuild my previous meditation practice

Do you know how to meditate already? Perhaps you used to practice regularly but fell away from the routine. This workshop will ease you back into the habit at your own pace, with the support and accountability of others, while exposing you to five different meditation practices to add to your repertoire.

I like to set goals for myself but often lose motivation to make them come to life

This five part meditation workshop is intended to gear up the mind and body to turn your goals into reality. Each week is systematically designed to take stress and old patterns off of the body and mind, letting go of old road blocks that may have been holding you back. When stress is reduced, when the body is relaxed, when the heart is full, and when the mind is clear goals can naturally come into fruition. This course will take you through each of these steps to get you back on your journey. 

All throughout the course you will be refining and connecting to your own personal list of goals so you can become clear on exactly what it is you want in your everyday life and how to make it happen.

My Approach

 

Transformation Through Meditation is a 5 week online meditation course that is as easy to use as signing into your email. This simple, step-by-step program will ease you into a daily meditation practice, guide you through discovering exactly what it is you want in life and how to get there, and support you along the way. Each week you will receive a few pre-recorded videos with info and guided meditation practices, and inspirational goal-setting exercises. Live calls and live practices each week will be available to keep you connected and supported.
