    My 3rd Immersion with Matt and into my 3rd month practicing with him.

    Through his chromatic approach, I am starting to experience improvements on my yoga practice, both in terms of strength and flexibility.

    I was introduced to the concept of connecting shoulder bones diagonally to our limbs through core muscles and spinal movements for both front and back body, which would help to elongate and stabilise our poses.

    This Immersion has helped to advance my yoga practice to the next level, through neurological engagements and connections of cross muscle groups.

Matt gives you very detailed information about how to use your core, diaphram, intercostal muscles to gain strenght in your body.     My favorite immersion. I really like the intensity you get by focusing on one muscle or area of your body. In all the other Immersions i took up to now there was also a sensation and a new and different feeling for my body but it was not so intense. Here ,in order to build strength ,every class has another focus to work on in a deeper way than a normal class does. The sensations, heat and sour muscles are awesome. Also i have learned new ways to use my muscles in order to make poses more stable.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When you sign up for the immersion you will gain access to an exclusive members area of theyogimatt.com. When you are logged in your will have access and be able to watch the livestream that day, and any previously aired livestreams from that month.

ARE THERE RECURRING PAYMENTS?

NO. You are paying for access to one month of classes, after that you will be provided a discounted rate should you want to continue practicing regularly. You will NOT be automatically billed, THIS IS A ONE TIME PAYMENT that gives you access to the classes in the respective month that you purchase. 

IS THIS IMMERSION LIVESTREAMED?

All immersions on theyogimatt.com are originally live-streamed and then saved as replays. This immersion already went live and is now available for instant access for all classes. Should you want to practice an immersion “live” than check the home page for the next upcoming livestream immersion. Livestream immersions are posted 1-2 weeks prior to the start date. 

IS THIS TOO ADVANCED FOR ME?

Matt specializes in teaching ALL Levels yoga practices, providing modifications, and options throughout each class. These immersions are suitable for anyone with as little as 1-3 months yoga practice or more. You do not need to have a regular practice, nor do you need to be flexibly or strong. First time yogis are welcomed so long as you have no major injuries. Each class focuses on a different yoga pose in order to gain a greater understanding of our body within the asana practice.

He has a very unique talent of combining anatomy, yoga philosophy and his own perspective into a super intense package of knowledge which is fun AND easy to understand.
